We review our Clients’ Wills every five years, more frequently if there are changes in the law.

We occasionally encounter probate cases where a Will that had never been reviewed, although perfectly valid, was completely inappropriate on the testator’s death due to a combination of the passage of time and changing circumstances. In most cases the cost of sorting out the mess for the beneficiaries is a significant multiple of the cost that would have been incurred in making a new more appropriate Will.
